Terms of Service

1. The Service

Payro is a financial application that issues prepaid virtual cards and provides balance top-up services via USDT (BEP20 network) and local payment methods, including Bankak (Bank of Khartoum) and Vodafone Cash. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your country of residence to use Payro. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Payro only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service for money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activities, or any transaction that violates applicable local or international laws or card network rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity, and we may report such activity to the relevant authorities where required.

4. USDT (Crypto) Top-Up

Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. You must send USDT exclusively on the BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) network to the address shown inside the app. Transfers sent on any other network, or to an incorrect address, may result in permanent loss of funds, for which Payro bears no responsibility.

Balances are credited automatically after the required network confirmations. The credited amount is calculated at the exchange rate applied at the time of processing and may differ from the rate at the time you initiated the transfer. Digital asset values can fluctuate; you acknowledge and accept this risk.

5. Manual Top-Up Review (Bankak / Vodafone Cash)

Top-ups made via Bankak or Vodafone Cash are reviewed manually. You must upload a clear image of the transfer receipt inside the app. Your balance is credited after our team verifies the transfer, typically within working hours. We may reject incomplete, unclear, duplicated, or incorrect submissions, and we may request additional information before crediting.

6. Fees & Card Usage

Card issuance, top-up, and transaction fees — where applicable — are shown inside the app before you confirm any operation. Virtual cards are prepaid: you can only spend the available balance. Merchants may apply their own currency conversion or surcharges.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, nor for losses caused by network failures, blockchain congestion, third-party providers, merchant decisions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the latest revision appears above. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
